DE CALIBER SECURITY SERVICES CORPORATION is constantly seeking individuals that meet our required standards. A couple of things we look for in an individual are compatibility with current client needs and a strong desire and willingness to work. In addition to these standards, we require each applicant to be at least 21 years of age, posses a valid License to exercise Security Profession (LESP), have the desire to work and a quest for competent and quality service.

Those that pass our personal interviews and background checks are further screened through our extensive psychological tests. Far fewer candidates pass than fail.

Selection Criteria:

  1. Have the legal right to work.
  2. Have a high degree of integrity.
  3. Have a good moral character.
  4. Be in good physical condition.
  5. Be emotionally and mentally stable.
  6. Have no convictions for felonies or any crimes involving moral turpitude or illegal use or possession of a dangerous weapon.
  7. Have no record of discharge from previous employment due to misconduct.
  8. Have a neat and professional appearance.
  9. Have a desire to learn progress and develop as a Security Professional.
  10. Be at least a High school graduate or college level
  11. Successfully pass the Psychological fitness test.
  12. Pass the required training and GKE exam through the PNP SOSIA

DE CALIBER SECURITY SERVICES CORPORATION conducts regular refresher courses seminars/training to its security personnel regarding code of conducts and moral values formation. Resource speakers from the special services of the Philippine National Police and the Armed Forces of the Philippines are invited to ensure the competency of all personnel

The company also puts emphasis on constant training of all personnel depending on the mission requirements of each client. This includes VIP protection, force protection and post defense tactics, bomb identification and responses, vehicle high risk checks or conduct of checkpoints, basic and advance close quarter responses (CQB), personal armed and unarmed defense. The Company can also develop appropriate training courses upon the client�s request to address certain security threat and risk prevailing in the area of deployment.

SUPERVISION is the difference in our men behind the badge. All Security Personnel and Officers are supervised equally. De Caliber security Services Corporation is not willing to trust your security personnel to human nature. So, our Security Personnel and Officers are randomly checked by our Field Supervisors, Operations Officers and Security Directors. These checks are made unscheduled and unannounced ensuring constant alertness on their part. Occasionally, any Security Personnel or Security Officers who are found to have violated company policy will be subjected to disciplinary action.

Our FIELD SUPERVISING OFFICERS provides field supervision and response to all DE CALIBER SECURITY SERVICES CORPORATION clients and employees. The Field Supervision Officer advises and guides all Security Personnel and Officers with security regulations and procedures, as well as assists in managing, planning and directing the function of the operations department. Field Supervisors also participates and supports corporate and human resources initiated projects as well as making recommendations to improve company related policies, procedures and programs.
